By using the Wardya Now mobile application (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. About Wardya Now

Wardya Now is a mobile application that allows users to offer or request daily rides and work shifts (“wardyas”) between cities and areas.
Wardya Now acts as a platform to connect users and does not provide transportation services directly.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Wardya Now.
By using the App, you confirm that you are legally allowed to enter into this agreement.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Wardya Now reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Wardya Now, you agree that you will:

  • Use the App for lawful purposes only.

  • Not provide false, misleading, or harmful information.

  • Respect other users and communicate responsibly.

  • Not misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

5. Rides and Wardyas

  • Wardya Now does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of any ride or request.

  • All arrangements, pricing, and agreements are made directly between users.

  • Wardya Now is not responsible for disputes, delays, cancellations, or incidents between users.

6. Payments

Any payments or fees agreed upon between users are handled outside the App, unless otherwise stated.
Wardya Now is not responsible for payment disputes.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App.
Wardya Now may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wardya Now is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Wardya Now is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the App.

  • Wardya Now is not responsible for user behavior, accidents, or losses.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
